During these uncertain times, we wanted to reassure you we are doing everything possible to ensure the health and wellbeing of both you and our staff during the COVID-19 crisis. We are closely monitoring expert advice and will update our response to COVID-19 as changes occur.
These measures include:
*Increased hand sanitising stations and increased antibacterial surface cleaning
*Practicing germ free greetings
*Removal of potential risks items from waiting rooms ie magazines.
*Appointment and waiting room spacing.
*Encouraging those at risk to stay at home.
*Phone consultations where possible.
*Reschedule/postpone appointments or surgery if needed.
What you can do to reduce your risk and ours:
*Stay at home if you are at risk, have flu-like symptoms, have traveled to risk areas or have been exposed to COVID-19. Contact your GP via phone.
*Contact our office on 9387 2110 or firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a phone consultation or reschedule/postpone appointments.
*Observe hand hygiene instructions.
*Cover coughs and sneezes with your arm, not your hands.
*Attend either by yourself or with 1 carer. Where possible please do not attend with children.
*Pay with EFT or credit card to avoid cash transactions.
