GETTING TO BONDI JUNCTION

If you are travelling by car, enter the Westfield car park at Grafton Street. Proceed to Valet Parking. We will issue you with a 2 hour complimentary Valet Parking Pass. Ask Valet Parking Staff to direct you to the Tower 2 lift. Take the lift to Ground level and change lifts for Level 13. Alternately, park on levels P3 or P2.

If you are travelling by train or bus, exit the Bondi Junction terminus at Grosvenor Street. Westfield Tower 2 entrance is on the corner of Grafton and Grosvenor Streets, Bondi Junction.

GETTING TO BELLA VISTA

The Q Central Building is in Norbrik Drive off Old Windsor Road opposite the Norwest Private Hospital. Parking is available in front of and underneath the building (not beyond the boom gate inside - you will need to turn around before the interior boom gate), in the Hospital carpark across the road for a small fee or one block away at the shopping centre.

WHAT TO BRING

• GP referral. GP's who perform cosmetic services do not qualify.
• Facial surgery - bring an older photo of your younger self as an adult
• Any previous tests applicable

SMS REMINDER / PAYMENT

A few days before your appointment you will receive an SMS reminder to your mobile to confirm and complete registration.

If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible on 9387 2110. Cancellations at short notice (barring illness or emergency) will incur a fee.

Consultation fees are $400 payable within 7 days of accepting an appointment and are refundable up to one week before less $15 processing fee. Medical appointments will attract an $84 medicare rebate.

Please note we do not participate in Health Fund No Gap scheme.
